Cookies and browser storage
Bukso Technologies Corp., operating as Ai Book Sort / Bukso, uses browser storage to provide and protect aibooksort.com and its portal. Cookies are small files a website places in your browser; local storage and similar tools can keep settings/information on your device.
Essential sign-in/security
The portal uses essential session storage to recognize sign-in and protect accounts. Blocking/clearing it can sign you out or stop account functions. If you select a remember-device feature, the sign-in screen explains its duration. Sign out on shared devices.
Files not yet uploaded
If you choose files but leave before pressing Upload, a draft may stay in that browser/device for up to seven days so you can finish later. It is removed after upload, sign-out or expiry. We do not receive that draft through the upload function until you press Upload. Other users of the device may access local information; avoid shared devices for financial files.
Preferences/measurement
We may remember settings such as country/currency on your device. Our own limited visit measurement does not use advertising cookies. Where enabled, it uses a daily changing hashed identifier. Hosting/security logs may separately receive IP addresses and technical information; a hash doesn't guarantee anonymity. Optional visit counts exclude visits with Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control enabled.
Advertising
We do not use advertising cookies or third-party advertising trackers on this website. Before introducing non-essential tracking, we explain it and obtain consent/provide choices where required.
Payments
If you open Stripe-hosted checkout or account management, Stripe may use storage for payments, fraud prevention and security under its own notices. This does not authorize advertising trackers on Bukso. Service Providers identifies actual providers.
Controls
Your browser can inspect/delete/block cookies and site storage. Clearing storage can remove drafts/settings; blocking essential storage may prevent sign-in. Marketing-email consent is separate; use unsubscribe or contact support. Privacy describes applicable rights and browser opt-out signals.
