Keep scrolling and watch one month of statements get cleaned. AI reads every line and suggests a category, fixed rules apply the categories, and anything the AI isn't sure about is flagged for you to confirm.

    Messy stack

    Upload your statements and receipts (PDF, Excel, CSV or photos), months of them if you're behind. No software to install, no call to book.

    AI sorting

    AI reads the statement (turning phone photos the right way up first), extracts the date, description and amount from each line, suggests a category, and flags duplicates and unclear lines.

  3. 3

    You confirm

    In your review screen, you check anything the AI flagged, change a category or detail if you need to, and approve. Then you download your files.

Everything happens in your private client portal. No calls required.

    Upload & see the price

    Create your account, add your files and a few notes: statement type, bank, period, anything we should know. We count your pages and transactions and show you the price. You pay before any reading or AI review. Then you review AI guesses and download.

  2. 2

    AI draft

    Our AI extracts each transaction and suggests a category. Fixed rules apply the categories and run automatic checks: duplicates, dates outside the statement period, odd amounts and, where the statement shows them, opening and closing balances. Anything the AI isn't sure about is flagged for you.

  3. 3

    You confirm

    Open your review screen and confirm anything the AI flagged. You can change a category, amount or date before you approve. You'll see the status on your job page; very large uploads can take longer.

  4. 4

    Approved & delivered

    Download your files from the portal in the format you chose: QuickBooks Online bank CSV, Xero statement CSV, Excel or a categorized CSV, plus a check report. You import them yourself; we don't connect to your bank or post into your accounting software. AI can make mistakes, so please review your results before using them for taxes or filing.

Forgot a statement? Add it to the same job from your portal. Uploaded the wrong one? Replace it and tell us why.

Upload formats

PDF, photos, Excel or CSV

A few formats keep things simple and safe. We check every file's real content, not just its name.

Best results: download the PDF or CSV from your online banking (Statements / eStatements). Photos work too.

PDF statement

Best option. Download the monthly statement PDF from online banking and remove any password. Up to 15 MB each.

Phone photos (JPG, PNG, WebP, HEIC)

Lay the page flat in good light and fit the whole page in the frame. Up to 15 MB each.

Excel (.xlsx) or CSV

Upload an Excel .xlsx or a CSV file. Old Excel .xls files aren't accepted: save as .xlsx first. Google Sheets: File > Download > Microsoft Excel (.xlsx). Every 25 transactions count as one Processing Page.

Not accepted: old Excel .xls files (save as .xlsx) or Google Sheets links.

We serve the United States and Canada only, with prices in CAD or USD (each country has its own prices).
